The fee for use of
the Close are as follows: Overnight
Fees: Includes day use for previous and following day

New Bethany Lodge - 150
per night + $25.00 per adult per night + 10 per child per night.
- Salem House - 50.00 +
35.00 per adult per night + 10.00 per child per night or 50 per night
for Clergy +$25.00 per Clergyman per night.
- Duplex - 25.00 per
night per adult.
- 6% Tax added unless
tax exempt certificate is on file.
Day
Use Only:

Facility Event Use Only:

$1000.00 wedding rental.
- 6% Tax added unless
tax exempt certificate is on file.

must be made in advance and is due one week prior to arrival date.
