Please check...9. I acknowledge that I have not reserved this requested date until a deposit of the first night's stay is received by The Close Retreat Center at least two (2) weeks in advance. The reservation system is on a first come, first served basis. A response email confirming your request will be sent to you in order for you to send a check. If you have not received a confirmation, please text or call 606 309-0188. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. However, it may be applied to a future stay if cancellation is made two weeks in advance.
